Wilmotte & Associés Architectes, in association with Studiolada, a Nancy-based architectural collective, has won the competition to design part of the future ZAC Rive Gauche eco-district in Thionville. The ZAC is located on a former Etilam site (former cold rolling mills) and is divided into different lots: lot D is being developed by W&A on behalf of the developer Habiter, and consists of 5 buildings totalling 14,000 m² (13,000 m² of housing and 1,000 m² of shops).
