Première pierre

On Monday 5 June, Jean-Michel Wilmotte took part in the laying of the foundation stone for the Bureau National Interprofessionnel du Cognac in Charente, in the presence of Marc Fesneau, the French Minister for Agriculture and Food Sovereignty, and Christophe Veral, President of the BNIC.

I see this project as a way of highlighting and showcasing the French excellence of the Cognac industry. This project will showcase this French know-how, which has a worldwide reputation. I feel like I'm taking part in a project that is both French and international. The word "cognac" is magical, everywhere it is a symbol of French excellence.
